CEILI research groups are virtual, much more a network than a research unit in an institution.
Members are obliged to co-organise a meeting, if possible with a public workshop, once a year. Further, they must actively particpate in the knowledge platform and willing to share relevant information.
Expected outcome if research groups are common projects, with our without external partners.
